TRIP OVERVIEW

Muktinath is a Hindu and Buddhist shrine dedicated to Vishnu. It is situated in Muktinath Valley, Nepal, at the base of the Thorong La mountain pass, and is one of the highest temples in the world (altitude 3,750 m). Darshan Tour of Muktinath Hindu pilgrimage tours is available to all Hindus. Thousands of devotees travel to this Hindu pilgrimage site in the hopes of achieving moksha (liberation) from the cycle of reincarnation. Every Hindu aspires to achieve Mukti-Nirvana or liberation from the cycle of birth and rebirth. It is known to Hindus as Muktichhettra, and it is one of the four sacred Dhams. This location is popular not just with Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims, but also with adventure seekers. This is the world-famous Annapurna Circuit trekking path. The Dhaulagiri range, as well as many other stunning mountains, can be seen from Muktinath.

Muktinath is not only famous among the pilgrimages but also famous among travelers. People visit Muktinath with friends and families during their leisure, to explore, and for trekking purposes as well. Muktinath has become one of the most famous tourist destinations for both international and national visitors, mostly the temple is visited by Indian tourists. There are 108 taps in Muktinath which is according to Hindu Astrology, the 108 taps are the result of 12 Zodiacs and 9 Planets, where people would shower in freezing tap water that flows straight from Kali Gandaki River and take a dip in two ponds in the belief of getting rid of their sins and to keep us healthy and prosperous.

There are two ways of visiting Muktinath, that is either by road or by air. For those who want to experience a road trip to Nepal, traveling by bus is the best option. But for those who have got limited time and cannot travel by road or want to experience the ariel view of Nepal surrounded by hills and mountains then, traveling by air is the best option.
